I say that because of the last line in the photo you posted, concerning him being a great future project for Chilean soccer.
I hope that's true! And it's a perfectly reasonable question. I didn't do an exhaustive check, but a quick scan of the Chilean FA site and a few other sources didn't turn anything up for me. He seems to have had his breakthrough as a pro in 2020, so maybe he was "buried" at his previous club and attracted some new eyes while on loan.
