Bellingham and Sancho played the second half in an 11-2 win over Austria Wien. They just managed a goal each and 4 assists (3 for Sancho) between them. It resembled a Harlem Globetrotters exhibition game at times. I think Bellingham will get more than token minutes this season.
I can't get over how a German team has more English players in their starting lineup then an English team (wolves). Disgraceful really
It's a big step forward from the situation a few years ago where the Premier League had even less English players and none of the guys getting overlooked were going abroad (and in many cases they were also not good enough for the top level anyway).
Very composed finish from young Bellingham 🍟 https://t.co/m47i3X5l9N— Jude Bellingham (@BellinghamJude) August 16, 2020 1295063084550283267 is not a valid tweet id
Oh, by the way. The style of play German coaches/German teams like Schmidt/Leipzich/Bayern play is referred by some with "murder hornet ball" So, does Madueke fit in that profile?
Not sure if Pinnick's got a Schengen visa, or likely to given his crookedness, so we might be safer with Madueke over in Holland.
The more of our players spend some time abroad the better IMO. New tactics and football culture, and could be an easier pathway. Can't imagine Madueke for instance would be gearing up for a full first season at Spurs right now.
I think it’s fair to say that Lookmans return to Leipzig has been a disaster unfortunately and he needs an escape route asap imo. He can’t have another season like he’s had this season that’s for sure.

England U18 left-back Matthew Bondswell has been loaned from #RBLeipzig to FC #Dordrecht in Holland to get first team experience. The Champions League semi-finalists do not have a B team for young players— Mike McGrath (@mcgrathmike) August 19, 2020 He's recently turned 18, so probably a good age to start getting some senior experience.
