It’s been noticed that the UEFA website is saying Joel Ndala is part of the match day squad with number 21. And that Setford is 1 with Simkin at 13.

 

Through on his Instagram Joel Ndala has posted about the U20 match tonight.

 

Wikipedia says that our biggest ever defeat at u21 level was 4-0 against Germany, the game just happening to be the u21 Euro final in 2009! Is that accurate?

Gittens as a midfielder? Must be Nwaneri in the hole with Bellingham and Miley behind him wouldn’t it and Gittens on the wing right?

 

Surely at this level we need a keeper that plays football on a regular basis at a decent level?

Always amazes me how England only somehow get these games on YouTube these days whilst the game is on RTE 2 in Ireland where I’m watching it.

 

Do they show all the Ireland U21 games on RTE or is it just because this is a big one for them?

 

The commentators watched a different penalty to me. Poor hit, easily saved.

That was a poor penalty. These conditions are awful, could have done with that going in under these circumstances

The Irish commentators said it was a penalty to be fair. At first I thought it was harsh but after the replay, think it was.

 

I think he's referring to the quality of the penalty
