Archie Brown has been playing as a LCB, LB and LWB for Gent in the Belgium Pro League, haven't watched any of his matches but he seems to be performing well in both the league where they are top (looks like he was MoM on the weekend) and Conference league. Given the relative lack of options in LB area and his versatility I'd be calling him up to the next camp.

Madueke not in the match day squad for Chelsea again despite having trained all week. Probably gonna be difficult for him to work his way back into the team anytime soon.
He very much should be. Youth international football call-ups should be even less form based than senior international football - especially for England. We should be giving our best prospects developmental minutes that their clubs aren't giving them.
Physically Livramento looks very good post-ACL. Still seems to have retained that burst of pace. Very promising.
Will be interesting to see if he is the next U21 squad. If he is not involved by November it will be unusual.

Sounds like your concerned already if you are reading that much into something that hasn't even happened yet. Not sure it was particularly suspicious, it was only a U20 training camp, he literally made his first PL start after withdrawing, I'd imagine he withdrew for this reason (wouldn't be surprised if it mutually agree between FA and Liverpool).
