Confirmed to be taking place in October, hosted by Azerbaijan. Called the "FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival". FIFA have opened it up to all member nations, although not sure if we'll enter or not given the timing of it. Could end up being a tournament for more of the smaller nations, but who knows. https://inside.fifa.com/organisatio...-azerbaijan-host-u-15-world-cup-festival-2026
Would this count as a official game? Would mean duals getting tied down an even earlier age, which isn't good for countries like us...
I would be surprised if it was, I mean it seems a very young age to be officially tied down with only one switch remaining. If it did then it should almost certainly mean England would enter you would think.
Concacaf sometimes have an official u15 tournament which actually is cap-tying if I´m not mistaken. But this sounds more like an iofficial thing considering teams can basically choose to participate, doesn´t it?
Tobias Alexander (Chelsea) & Usman Jimoh (Villa) participated in a Finland U14 camp this past week. From the bits I’ve seen, Alexander might be someone who’s involved in this group next year. Not sure if there’s any relation between Jimoh & the Jimoh-Aloba brothers.
I still renember that Alexander kid was proposed by the insta´s algo for me about 2 years ago where his first post was about his dream being to represent his mother´s country, Finland, on the international stage. The post has since then been deleted and he´s also often liking England-related stuff like Ngumoha´s MOTM and first cap or England being through to the knockrounds. But he´s someone I´d expect to switch a lot between Finland and England up to u17 level. Is he also eligible for Nigeria?
First camp 11th-14th August. Kessy Ogunlana-Aresin (Liverpool) - Played for Spain's U14s last season.

Quite a few family connections. Brady Johnson is Glen's son Michael Kilman is Max's brother Austin Miles is Harrison's brother Leo Aliadière is Jeremy's son Josh Mfuni is Stephen's brother
Pretty sure Mfuni was born in 2013 so continuing his brother´s legacy of playing above his age group for England
Google reckons he's a 2012. I am interested to know if there are any 2013s in this squad. There's a 2013 midfielder called Max Mallem who plays for Man City and was apparently on the bench for their U17s last season. He's played for all of Chelsea, Man United and now City and has been hyped to the heavens for a very long time. I remember seeing tabloid articles on him when he was about 10 years old. Obviously I've never seen him play but he's the only 2013 I've ever heard of. Would be interesting if there are other 2013s in this squad.
Played at an U17 tournament in Germany last week, although City took their 16s. Only caught one of their games but he didn't look out of place. Saw more of him when he was at United but that was a while ago.
Platon Ghinda has turned out for a version of Moldova's U15s. "The Moldovan U15 national team has gathered for a selection camp at the National Team Training Center in Vadul lui Vodă. The training stage is intended for Moldovan players from the diaspora, born in 2011 and 2012, with a view to forming the national Under 15 team. 40 young footballers, who play for clubs in England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland, Russia and the USA, will participate in the action. The camp will take place from August 4 to 8." https://www.fmf.md/noutate/14363/un...regatire-la-cpsn-de-la-vadul-lui-voda?lang=ru
Imagine must be a few camps as no Villa, Newcastle or even Man United who have quite a strong group. Seems early in season for this.
Aston Villa´s Hayden Renardson (midfield) has been called up for Canada u15. Don´t know whether he´s eligible though but quite possibly he is.
We're not 100% but we think Ekundayo of Spurs might be Semande Ekundayo rather than having 2 Israels in the squad.
