There's an 'emerging talent' camp at SGP this weekend which features players from lower league clubs. Think it's probably that.

Wonder what this new initiative is?
I’ d like them to consider the lads that are behind with physicality, like Belgium do.

Oscar Abbotson (Southampton), who was at one of the recent GK camps, made his debut for Wales U15s today. Spurs winger Ollie Salter also played.

There were also a number of players from the NW clubs (United x2, Liverpool x2, Everton x2) but you never know whether they are Welsh-born or not.

That's par for the course. Signing for united guarantees an England call-up

I mean this is just rival club nonsense isn't it? City and Chelsea have dominated call-ups by club in recent years because they were the best performing academies. United at times in the past 10 years have had very few players in the England age group teams. It's actually been marker of United's decline. There seems to be more of a spread across clubs at the moment but United are certainly not overrepresented. Only Finlay McAllister from United is going to the u17 World Cup and while two recent signings for United in Jack Fletcher and Harry Amass are in the u17 squad, they were regulars with England before they joined United.
