Weird thing for parents to ask, he's already seemingly in the Chelsea academy so its not like they need to attract clubs to his talent. Not sure why parents would have to want to pile outside pressure on a 10 year old. Not really sure trying to create hype for a child that they will almost certainly not live up to is anything other than damaging. I like the secret scout but I don't think he should really be posting it either, or at least publishing who the player is. I remember the OG of viral wonder child videos, a young Brazilian called Jean Chera who it appears never made it as a pro and apparently struggled to deal with the expectations it put on him.
Short for Hezekiah, apparently. Grimwade's an English name but it sounds like his mum has links to Jamaica.
Alejandro Gomes (Southampton) and Neithan Barbosa (Manchester United) with Portugal U15 https://www.fpf.pt/pt/News/Todas-as-notícias/Notícia/news/39258/contextid/390
Gomes would be a disappointing one to lose because he looks like an absolute machine but at the same time, with no real English links, I can't say I'd be suprised if he went with them or Venezuela.

Venezuela are normally quite a weak team (Improved a bit recently but probably won’t be at the World Cup anytime soon) so I would be surprised if anyone switches to them when they have potential for Portugal or England,
they will qualify for future World Cups. 7 of 10 South American teams can qualify from 2026 onwards and their general level has improved massively, having been traditionally the 10th team on the continent. Now they're probably backing themselves as the 7th team and looking at those in front of them. Plus, he can be good enough to play for England at 22/23 but have already chosen Venezuela at 18/19.
Congratulations to Hearts U15s goalkeeper Lyndon Tas, who has been called up to the England Men’s Goalkeeper Development Camp 🧤 💪🏻 pic.twitter.com/78LXL5n3Me— Hearts B & Academy (@WeeJambos) April 6, 2023 Looks like there’s also a regular camp taking place as Lamore Forrester (Liverpool) is in.
I think Lamore Forrester will be with the team for the tournament in Spain. Lyndon Tas will be at a GK Camp for boys born in 2008 and 2009.
As expected, Venezuela have got in contact with Alejandro Gomes.
Alejandro Gomes has been called up to Portugal’s U15s again, this time for the upcoming Torneo Delle Nazioni.

Amir Ibragimov has had issues with visas & hasn't been to any international tournaments in a while so I'm guessing that's why he's not there.
It’s pretty difficult travelling on a Russian passport at the moment so having visa issues is not a surprise at the moment. He might have to wait till he becomes eligible for a British passport in a couple of years time to be able to travel much. And of course he won’t be able to be play a competitive match for England anyway until he does.
Is Dante Headley a center back? There's another defender from Manchester City in Mfuni who could play with this U15 team but he's already been promoted to the 2007 squad. Newman has been selected by Wales. That tournament is taking place at pretty much exactly the same time as these games in Spain. I wonder what the reasons are for England (also USA) not participating anymore.
I believe he is. I thought he was an '09 because he recently played at a tournament for that age group but when I had another look it turned out teams were allowed a couple of '08s as well. I don't know for certain but I'm guessing he was one of those. He's definitely a club U14 though.
Pure speculation, but the quality of pitches was absolutely awful the other year. I wondered if that's what had put them off Toulon. I'm just surprised they haven't created a home based tournament at any level yet.
Meanwhile England Goalkeeper Development Camp is currently taking place Lyndon Tas (Hearts) Finley Woodham (Charlton) Lewis Mcnab (Leicester) Matthew Pullinger (Reading) Ryan Andrews (Sheffield United) Kornel Misciur form Liverpool (Poland u16) might be there too

USMNT fan here who is unfamiliar with England's youth prospect pool. Was this a full strength XI for this age group?
