Another goal for Arblaster today, Sheffield United will do well to keep hold of him in this window, could see him move up to the 21s in this campaign (but obviously the competition is very tough).
Roman Dixon made his PL debut in a start for Everton today. Seems to have go a decent amount of praise.

🆕Brighton winger Amario Cozier-Duberry is exploring a loan move to the Championship. The 19-year-old's situation is not fully decided, has to make sense for all parties as a top talent. Norwich among those showing an interest, Portsmouth also linked. pic.twitter.com/08UM1VyJpp— Nizaar Kinsella (@NizaarKinsella) August 26, 2024 🆕Leo Castledine's season-long loan move to Shrewsbury Town has now gone through from Chelsea. https://t.co/v6XO1URzSS pic.twitter.com/zJKxkRMYFv— Nizaar Kinsella (@NizaarKinsella) August 26, 2024
Tezgel is someone we need to be prioritising in this group imo. His finishing and composure is genuinely ridiculous for his age. Stoke fans have been lauding his performances and it was the same while he was at MK Dons last season. He and Max Dean are the two standouts for this squad for me. Ken Aboh of Norwich needs to be in contention too imo. He's been scoring a tonne for Norwich's youth sides and he's very different to most of the other strikers in our system. He's eligible for the US too and they're supposedly sniffing around him atm.
I keep mentioning it but it is a concern that we have quite a lot of options that are in a predicament of how we keep them in the set up. Some forward options that are unlikely to make the U21 squad and ineligible for the U19’s. (So, they can only play in this one) - Scarlett, Barry, Mubama, Tezgel, Burstow, Cadamarteri, Dean, Aboh, Ballard, Lowe, Hugill, Stutter, Lankshear, Jebbison, Perkins. Above is just the potential forward options for this upcoming season. Considering these squad can be prone to picking options that have come through the system it is going to be very hard to provide opportunities for all these players.
It's extremely congested. In most squads I think Barry can go as a wide option and then we can take three strikers. I think it'll regulate itself over the course of the season too. Some of these will streak ahead in their development while others will fall behind, especially since most of those names will be playing senior football. I think a few of those names have already fallen behind a bit.
Lincoin, where Cadamaeteri is going on loan, have had their match next week postponed due to international call ups and their fans think Cadamaeteri is one of those counting and will therefore be in this squad.
They seemed a bit conservative in the selection approach last season. Especially at the start. Sticking to picking recently youth capped options. We could probably pick two squads.
Considering the left back issues this becomes one to watch - Calum Scanlon has joined Millwall on loan for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, subject to EFL approval.Best of luck for the season, Calum 👊 pic.twitter.com/PHswYyWL9E— Liverpool FC (@LFC) August 29, 2024

The Squad Goalkeepers: Ben Cisse (West Bromwich Albion), Luca Gunter (Tottenham Hotspur), Tommy Simkin (Walsall, on loan from Stoke City) Defenders: Max Alleyne (Manchester City), Ryan Andrews (Watford), Kaelan Casey (West Ham United), Luke Chambers (Wigan Athletic, loan from Liverpool), Ben Chrisene (Norwich City), Ben Nelson (Leicester City), Ashley Phillips (Stoke City, loan from Tottenham Hotspur), Reuell Walters (Luton Town) Midfielders: Oliver Arblaster (Sheffield United), Jobe Bellingham (Sunderland), Sammy Braybrooke (Dundee, loan from Leicester City), Alfie Devine (Tottenham Hotspur), Darko Gyabi (Plymouth Argyle, loan from Leeds United), Nico O'Reilly (Manchester City) Forwards: William Alves (Leicester City), Dominic Ballard (Blackpool, loan from Southampton), Romain Esse (Millwall), Emre Tezgel (Stoke City), Omari Kellyman (Chelsea), Dane Scarlett (Oxford United, loan from Tottenham Hotspur)
Nice squad (very good to see Tezgel in there) but I don't really get why Charlie Hughes keeps getting left out of it. 2nd or 3rd time running that's happened now and it's a very weird one for me. Arguably should have Collyer in there too.
Seemingly hasn't started a match in coming up to 2 months (they are full season) so hardly a surprise.
Understand Alfie Devine has a number of clubs interested in a loan today. Clubs were originally told Spurs planned to keep him this season but that changed this month. Blackburn, Swansea, Parma and sides from Germany and others in Europe among those believed to be interested.— Alasdair Gold (@AlasdairGold) August 30, 2024

He's the profile of player we've needed for years so I really hope it works out for him. He'll get plenty of chances I'm sure of that.
Hughes is 2003 born. Which they've moved on from at this level in 24/25. He played both games in June for the 'Elite Squad', so he hasn't been left out. He's made 2 of the last 3 squads he was eligible for.
Would be ridiculous to keep him around IMO. There's at least 7 ahead of him for 3 spots and he's way above playing PL2 level. Hopefully gets the move
