The encouraging thing about Lacey is that he looks quick enough for the Premier League already. Can get separation from PL defenders and has a good drive. He's still physically underdeveloped on the whole but I don't think physicality is going to be a barrier to him succeeding in the long run.

Yeah, he’s been mentioned numerous times on here about being called up or rather the lack of being called up. I think he will be one of those players that might only get the recognition once he either breaks through to the United first team or firstly gets a decent loan move and then probably see him in the England selections. I have to say I haven’t seen enough of him live but the highlights look great.

Chelsea only loaned out Frankie runham from their youth teams and it seems that is more of a permanent move. Leads me to think they probably didn't allow any youth players to go out in January, maybe as they prefer to challenge for trophies instead. Or maybe don't see the value of January loans, which to be fair are often bad moves for youth players.

Didn’t see the games but not a great look for the Academies in this Youth league, City and Liverpool going out to Finnish and a Slovenian team(?) and Spurs getting battered in Spain. Only Chelsea remain in the competition.
