Shea Lacey was the most, or one of the most capped, England players in his age group before his injuries. With Moore on the left and Lacey on the right the attack looked really good a few years ago. As things have developed, at the moment he just doesn't get into this England squad on merit. He has been impressing with United since he came back, it would be good to see him back with this group of players. By the summer there could be a few more promotions so Lacey may end up at the u19 Euros. Dowman to the u21s perhaps if he plays more after turning 16, hopefully he'd get more protection from the refs at that level. Some of the refs as you go down the age groups are dreadful.
Mikey Moore getting praise from off the bench today. The management change might turn out to be a real positive for him.

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Young Arsenal star Max Dowman left the pitch with ice around his knee. pic.twitter.com/CH7CHrXzvv— The Touchline | 𝐓 (@TouchlineX) October 29, 2025 Hopefully just precautionary.
I watched the game and it was a good test for Dowman, Brighton were compact and had a good press. He had his moments but still lots to learn. It's much better for him to play in games like this than to be thrown on in the 85th minute to try and rescue a game at Anfield against Liverpool.
I hope Max Dowman can get on during either of the next two Arsenal CL matches and take the fraudulent young players record of Youssoufa Moukoko.
Preston fans again waxing lyrical about Armstrong Harrison Armstrong is literally getting better every time he steps on the pitch. Fucking unbelievable midfielder #pnefc— 🇩🇰 (@PR4PNE) November 1, 2025
Not sure how he is but saw Dipepa take quite a big knock to his ankle in the Saints U21s game yesterday.

That’s was all with Rangers down to 10, unlike Russell Martin who played him a lot at RW, Rohl is playing him in the 10 operating in the left half space. Aasgaard was sent off and has been pretty poor by all accounts, so Mikey should get a sustained run now, and deserves it’s with his last few performances.
I'm not at all surprised to see him playing more centrally. He doesn't yet have the 5-10 yard burst to play on the wing at senior level. If he can make it work in a central role that'll be ideal for him imo.

Leeds face a battle to retain the services of English goalkeeper Alex Baird, 18, beyond January with a host of clubs interested. (Caught Offside)
Expected goalkeeper Whatmuff to be selected, perhaps Rochdale wanted to keep him for their league games. Is Jaden Dixon injured? Shea Lacey in U20 squad again, despite being eligible for this level. Maybe @AJ123 is correct and he doesn't justify a place in this squad given alternative options.
