So finished 3-3 and as usual, when these games end with Spain, another kick off, lol. Not sure what happened but seemed to have Dowman involved.
Goals here for anyone that missed the game: https://www.youtube.com/live/QAVSpnXlQb4?si=5QLcC7fTRt3P5iq2
That wouldn’t be a surprise but I think it might have been something to do with Dowman being hacked down at every opportunity, so he might have said something about that but I don’t know. Everything seem fine when the whilst blew then after a minute there was a bit of handbags.

Never known an England youth coach to concede so many goals in games. Half of them seem to be keeper issues
An astonishingly poor referee to let the Spanish team get away with their treatment of Dowman. We need to consider if under 19 is the level for him if teams are going to be allowed to get away with kicking him to bits. It wasn't even the usual cynical Spanish trips there was a lot of genuinely rough play on him.
It’s nuts, obviously armchair fans that have never kicked a ball in their life! Looked a penalty to me today.
Yeah, a few of us said similar during the game. When you get treatment like this, it’s not exactly encouraging for Arsenal ( and other teams ) to want to see their players playing in these sort of matches where referees are usually more lenient with branding cards.
I thought Dowman was very intelligent in gaining the fouls rather than diving. The way he showed the ball and then disguised it for the penalty was elite. He should have scored when he dinked the keeper. He’s going to be some player.
What is the logic for Dowman even being in this age group? He’s not going to the U19 finals if we make it. I don’t even think you can guarantee that he will still be around for the elite qualifiers next year. He won’t be playing on high quality pitches most of the time. The quality of refereeing at this age is normally below par. He’s now with what I think is our most inexperienced coach. Surely you just put him with either: 1.) The best coach in the set up. The coach you think will have the best influence on him. Obviously Carsley. 2.) The best experience available. With the available schedule it is the U17 World Cup. Timing makes it the only possible opportunity. Whether he would get released or not is another issue but with him being promoted he will not be going now anyway.
Crystal Palace and Arsenal have agreed on a compensation package for 2007-born midfielder Dan Casey. Deal is agreed and sealed, as @BobbyManzi reports. Eligible to represent both Italy and England at international level, Casey will undergo medical at #CPFC in next 24h. (Fabrizio Romano)
leading 3-0 at HT. Someone on insta claimed it was a Mheuka hattrick but can´t find any information yet. edit: Harrison Armstrong with the first, Mheuka then scored twice according to Nathan Salt
Mike Moore subbed off at halftime with what seems like not a good half judging from the score on my app, worst rating of the Rangers players. Really doesn’t seem like he’s got going whatsoever North of the border.
Yank coming in curious after a very long absence from BS forums: What's the rating on McFarlane? Back to MLS or off to a Euro loan stop? Any real future with the NT or just a practice body for the exhibitions?
