Will Fish involved with Man Utd’s Europa League squad - Solskjaer on Will Fish: "He’s a very good talent, a composed centre-back with physical stature. He’s one we believe in. Of course, we’ve lost a few defenders so to have Will on the bench is a good experience for him and he’s there if he’s needed and he’s ready." [mu]— utdreport Academy (@utdreportAcad) April 15, 2021
The English FA have set the ball rolling in their pursuit of #ManCity striker Tai Sodje (17) - who has the option to represent either England or Nigeria at international level. Seems to have gone under the radar but Alex Scott made his Bristol City debut over the past weekend coming on as a second half substitute.
I was going to post about him the other day. Seems to have been getting a lot of attention lately, and the clips I've seen are undeniably impressive. Think we might get to see him before the end of the season? I know Carney's a fair bit younger, but Smith hasn't been afraid to throw J. Ramsey in.

Yeah, he seems very impressive to be honest and when watching the clips the first name that springs to mind who he reminds me off is Patrick Viera. So elegant on the ball and just seems to glide past players and sees a killer pass and looks at ease in front of goal. Really looking forward to seeing more of him and yeah wouldn’t be surprised to see him making his Villa debut next season or even maybe towards the end of this season. I think Villa have some really interesting Youth players coming through at the moment, some real talent there that their fans must be really excited about.
Liam Delap tonight hit a hat-trick & aswell as another assist in the final PL2 game of the season 👏 His stats in the competition🕹 20 Games⚽️ 24 Goals🅰️ 5 AssistsIt’s been an incredible couple of years since he joined from Derby https://t.co/0FmA7FZLBD pic.twitter.com/LVzxmDl471— TheSecretScout (@TheSecretScout_) May 7, 2021 What calibre of talent is Delap? He seems an absolute freak, but are people waiting to see how he handles senior football before getting too excited and anointing him as the heir to Kane?
It’s going to be interesting to see where he ends up next season as no way he’s going to be playing U23 football as he’s just outgrown that level. I know Pep has said he will be with the first team squad but I’m not sure he will regularly be in the matchday squads for Premier League games so a loan move to a good footballing side would be on the cards I would imagine. Apparently half the Championship teams already want to sign him but where he would go to is fascinating. People might say why the rush, just let him proceed like Foden but for a striker playing regularly and scoring goals keeps up the momentum and if he’s not playing regularly it could backfire somewhat. Fascinating to see what happens next season as he’s a top, top talent!
Hopefully he sticks with England, as Ireland said there was some apparently some interest from him to play for the U21s. Wouldn't be surprised if he was offered a senior call up soon.
Where did you hear that from? I would be very surprised if he left us to play for Ireland at this stage. I think he will be in our U21’s in this next cycle, especially if he gets a loan move next season and plays regular first team football. Just can’t see the attraction for him to play for Ireland anytime soon unless he’s not that bothered about playing in Euro’s and World Cups plus we have a bit of a shortage in quality strikers to take over from Kane.
I don't think he'll play for them soon, Kenny didn't talk about the seniors but he wouldn't be the first player to play for them while playing youth football.
Yeah, doesn’t seem like he’s in a rush to declare for them anytime soon judging from the last part of that conversation.
Would have very little enticement to play for Ireland. This is probably their worst group of players in 20 odd years. It will be a while before they're capable of qualifying for another tournament
Dembele finally gets a few minutes at the end of the season... Then scores. 1392558839078264844 is not a valid tweet id
