Oh right, good stuff. Let's hope he developes and gets playing time with Liverpool after a good loan period
there seems a real togetherness about this group they seem to really enjoy playing with each other. id fancy this group of players against any team
You I see that happening. They have been playing together for about 3 seasons now and that almost never happens with England because some players lose their ability and other players come into the picture.
Ollie Shenton from Stoke is in the squad to be announced this week, as is some lower league goalkeeper who's name eludes me right now.
Is there an u18 game coming up? The FA site seems poor at forewarning what games are on the horizon - the next u16 game for example.
Yeah I noticed one of the City lads saying he was happy to be called up, but I couldn't find any fixture on the FA site.

Nice to see there is a decent amount of rotation going on here and that we are again playing a tough oppositio, this will be a stern test for Dewsnip and these lads. The inclusion of Walker-Peters is a welcome one and it's good to see Walsh again, he looked a nifty little player from what small game time he recieved in the VS. Adarabioyo and Dowell have also impressed in the past along with Mahoney. Tammy Abraham is an interesting choice, he has been doing well for Chelsea and will certainly make our attack a threat.
I'm not 100% but I think Walker-Peters may have represented Antigua U20s over the summer so getting him in the scene is worthwhile.
Interesting, I didn't know he had been courted by them. I'm glad he has got into this squad, it's quite imperative we hold onto the better players and keep them involved in the international setup.
If the FA have called up Walker-Peters then I would be surprised if they have overlooked Carter-Vickers. I wouldn't be surprised if the FA will try and call him up to squads in the future, but it could a problem that the USA are after him now.
