Archie Gray is playing in midfield vs Chelsea tonight and looks a much better prospect in his natural position. Has had some very nice touchers so far and doesn’t look out of place at all.
Looks an interesting player from his step up to the seniors so far. Klopp's Kids keep producing 🔴That finish from Jayden Danns 😍#EmiratesFACup pic.twitter.com/ZwVHUYsnZt— ITV Football (@itvfootball) February 28, 2024

Had an outstanding game today showcasing his best and most natural position, especially in the second half, needs to be playing in midfield consistently. It’s very rare to see someone his age with the composure and intelligence he possesses.
Jayden Danns (18 years, 43 days old) is the second-youngest player ever to score more than once in a single match for Liverpool, behind only Michael Owen, who scored a League Cup hat-trick v Grimsby In November 1997 aged 17 years, 339 days. #LFC #LIVSOU— Michael Reid (@michael_reid11) February 28, 2024
Didn’t see the game so thanks for the comp. Was some lovely stuff there, the mind boggles as to why he has been playing right back but in hindsight maybe it’s been good for his experience.

He was born in England so probably not. Nearly all the eligibility issues have been players born abroad
His Wikipedia article says born in England but the source on that doesn't seem particularly strong. Wouldn't be the first time it's wrong. Though he was at Leicester from the age of 6 so must be eligible for a passport even if he wasn't born here.
Two senior CF debuts this season. Leon Chiwome is in the England Under 18's with another striker who's just made a good first team debut in Jayden Danns. They are both 2006 borns & have made first team debuts. That's really exciting. Hope both will go on to have good careers...— Football Fragmento (@footyfragmento) March 16, 2024
