Do you know what their recruitment is like at younger age groups? Given what they said about wanting to have the best academy in Europe, are they investing all the way up a la Chelsea or City or are they just focused on poaching in the older age groups?
The Draw for the first stage of qualifying for the 2023 under 17’s was done and England will play Lithuania on the 25th October, Georgia on the 28th October and Israel on the 31st October. Top two teams will progress to the elite round of qualifying.

How did they manage to secure that against Leeds. If he progresses well through he will bring them a large transfer fee in a couple of years through. I didn’t think Players could sign a pre pro deal before they 17? Have the rules changed?
I think it must be allowed. Most players at top clubs, especially ones who came in from abroad, have a pro contract pre-agreed when they sign their scholarship.
I imagine we will soon be hearing Jobe Bellingham has signed his Scholar at Birmingham as he will be 17 in September as well and it doesn’t look like he Will move this summer.
