I've heard some very good things about him, yet to see him though.

What’s the story with James McAtee? Seems to be doing well at City but doesn’t get called up.

I'm interested to know too, but he's an international under-18 now.

Rico Richards is in for Harvey Elliott.

Aiden Marsh is a good young forward. Gave Forest u18s a few problems the other week.

3-0 now! Sounds like a nightmare in defence and apparently plenty of missed chances in attack.

Beat Czech Republic 2-0. Over a thousand fans at Solihull is a decent crowd.

Belgium, Romania + Georgia in March to qualify. Fairly kind draw. Good balance of tests.

Millwall's Abdul Abdulmalik has been getting a bit of traction recently, he's spearheading their very talented U18 team, they have a lot of attacking firepower and he's the best of them. Tricky, very gifted dribbler, increasingly prolific, wonder if he'll be a late emerger from the 03 group. There's a lot of depth now ahead of him but if he gets going at senior level in the next coupla years he could impact it later on.

Edozie + Gyabi from the years either side of him. I know Adbul is a later recruit, but there must be something going right there atm.

I watched Millwall for about 50 minutes on Saturday and they were electric, sadly no team sheet so couldn't tell you who was who - they scored every time they went forward and beat us 6-1 in what was quite an even game.

Jayden Davis and Jay Barton are pretty good too, be interested to see how they develop as midfielders.

Rico Richards made his WBA U23 debut last night in a 3-1 win over Fulham. Unfortunately he had to come off after 48 mins with an injury. The birmingham mail had a reporter there who said he did well until the injury

As I broke the news yesterday.

    https://www.instagram.com/p/B6_S6A1H9N5/

Media have caught up and now reporting Louie Barry will be joining Aston Villa this month, due to disappointing start at Barcelona.

He should have been playing Juvenil B but has been with Juvenil A, which is the u19s.

    A shame

Said on here at the time I thought it was a poor move for him.

Barcelona's development of youth players in recent years isn't great, their reputation exceeds their outcomes right now. Though I'm guessing if he's going to Villa he's homesick as much as anything.
