Looks like the hearing was scheduled for yesterday. Don't know if it was fast-tracked or they just filed some time ago, but if it's the former then we might get a decision sooner than you'd normally expect.
Interesting to see the out come, given he’s not a French Citizen, is does feel a bit illogical ,that he can’t transfer back to a country he’s a citizen of even if only 17.
The Athletic has an article from the 19th June which mentions the 1st July would be the date of the hearing. It don’t normally take that long after a hearing has been held for a result to be delivered.

Wolves statement on the fight video: https://www.wolves.co.uk/news/academy/20260726-wolves-statement-regarding-academy-player/
Interesting statement, which kinds of indicates that the Wolves player was more the victim than the abuser. Without wanting to speculate but you see video’s of people ( especially teens ) absolutely losing it due to constant bullying by others. I’m not saying that’s what happened here fwiw as not aware of the full details to suggest anything.
Some parents who claim to be in the know of what happened suggested Heze was annoying the dressing room (not only the Wolves player) with constant remarks about his parents' wealth (most likely in a deregatory way towards those who didn't enjoy a particularly privilleged upbringing). Very hard to tell how credible these are obviously as both the video as well as tje club statement only show a specific aspect of the incident so won't take either side for now. Only thing that's for sure it's never okay to physically attack your team mate for that, as annoying as they might be as it badly reflects on the whole team/country. There might be a decent chance that's a decisive moment for him so he'll only consider Scotland from now on. But then there's the question what will happen to Heze in the future. He hasn't been called up ever since but based on purely talent alone (and also on what he's shown for England at this level) he definitely deserves a place in this squad...
I think the FA need to tread carefully with this and hope they have learned a lesson with what happened with Olise at this level ( if what we’re lead to be true from that article a while ago ). These kids are young and do silly things, act in not good ways and haven’t matured, still developing and learning so it could once again come back to bite us in the ass further down the line, if we have some really strict rules that alienate youngsters from a young age due to behavioural issues and therefore leave kids with no other option than play for other Countries they qualify for.
It’s hard for the FA because they also need to be seen as being touch on discipline to avoid any backlash that their creating environments that are too lax.
🚨 EXCL: Understand #thfc have agreed a deal with England youth Kwasi Senyah to join our academy on a two-year scholarship & then a professional contract at 17. Now waiting on a club to club agreement with Wolves and/or completion of the FA’s five step verification process. pic.twitter.com/tacyEIbaTG— Lilywhite Rose (@Lilywhite_Rose) July 28, 2026
