Not sure Ibragimov will be involved for any competitive matches as I don’t think he and his parents become eligible for British citizenship until at the minimum next year based on him arriving in the UK in 2019 aged 11 and it being six years before someone can apply. He can’t individually apply without his parents until 2026 when he is 18. The Home Office does have the discretion to grant it earlier but they don’t seem to do that for Sporting Reasons unlike some countries who routinely do so. The others are all born in England.
LWB has been playing 10 and will likely play there all season. I think Ezanwata has been playing up top for Chelsea 18s.
Even then though you've got Dowman, Howell, Gorman and McAidoo as players who prefer to play at 10. Then up top you've got Tyjon, Harry Gray and potentially Gomes Rodrigues if he moves back down. Very conjested.

Think this list is mostly nonsense, from a Spurs point of view I don’t know why they’ve chosen Feeney. At least 4 or 5 above him in my opinion.
It's always been driven by whoever the writer assigned has good connections with, often agents or people with ulterior motives.
or simply by who has had an article written about them previously from that age group. Which inevitably lends itself to players who have made a transfer recently.
Goalkeepers: Owen Asemota (Aston Villa), Lanre Awesu (West Ham United), Jack Porter (Arsenal) Defenders: Jun’ai Byfield (Tottenham Hotspur), Malachi Hardy (Tottenham Hotspur), Dante Headley (Manchester City), Bendito Mantato (Manchester United), Freddie Simmonds (Brighton & Hove Albion) Midfielders: Landon Emenalo (Chelsea), Theo Julienne (Arsenal), Chinaza Nwosu (West Ham United), Anton Palmer (Middlesbrough), Luke Rawlings (Wolverhampton Wanderers) Forwards: Andre Dike (West Ham United), Max Dowman (Arsenal), Chizaram Ezenwata (Chelsea), Finlay Gorman (Manchester City), Harry Howell (Brighton & Hove Albion), Rio Ngumoha (Liverpool), Igor Tyjon (Blackburn Rovers), Luca Williams-Barnett (Tottenham Hotspur)
I'm also wondering if any of Freddy Bernal, Kaden Braithwaite, Wesley Okoduwa & Ryan McAidoo are injured as they were in last months squad and are pretty highly rated. I know striker Harry Gray is injured. Harrison Miles presumably lacks match fitness with his transfer only recently being registered. Whilst I believe Ibragimov & Gomes Rodriguez are currently ineligible for official UEFA/FIFA matches.
Ridgeon wasn’t involved in the last Fulham U18 match a couple of weeks ago. Braithwaite hasn’t missed any matches he should have been involved for Man City that I can tell. Okoduwa also hasn’t missed any matches he should have been involved for Wolves. McAidoo also hasn’t missed any matches he should have been involved for Man City.
Imagine they'll all still be playing U18PL tomorrow so we'll have a better idea of who's injured then.
Ridgeon not in Fulham’s u18 squad this morning so can only assume he is injured, Kaden Braithwaite started for City and McAidoo on the bench.
Okoduwa will be an interesting one when Wolves play on Monday. The Yanks are doing that thing they always do and are starting to get giddy in the belief that he's about to switch over and provisionally tie himself to their setup.

Been doing magic things most games this season. He's got 11 goals & 3 assists in 8 U18 games this season as a #10 and another goal in the U17 PL Cup. Just turned 16 earlier this month.
Lewi Richards (Chelsea) & Reggie Walsh (Chelsea) have replaced Dante Headley (Manchester City) and Theo Julienne (Arsenal) who have both been withdrawn.
Wes Okoduwa also isn't playing for Wolves U21 today, so that likely explains his absence from this squad.
First game should be available here on Malta's youtube, not sure if England youtube will stream it too. (already live for some reason a few days in advance so not sure if they'll post a new link)
