Before this we're also competing at the Nordic Cup in Norway. Three fixtures against Norway (6th August), Faroe Islands (8th) & Finland (10th) Denmark, Sweden & Northern Ireland are also involved but we don't appear to be playing them.

Just noticed no Man City or Arsenal players in this squad. Maybe a bad year group this year I wonder….
City had Tevenan, Spaven, Noble and Fapetu last season tbf, so doubt there's a problem there, August tournaments for youngsters are also awkward at times because of family holidays or club tours or whatever. Arsenal were lacking, yeah, but this is Ethan Nwaneri's age group and he's already playing well up so they'll probably be fine with that.
Not sure if the under 17s had any Man City players on their tour either, I dont think Joel Ndala played in any ganes but i might be wrong.
Just been confirmed. Shim Mheuka has also joined Chelsea from Brighton. While he played in this age group he appears to be still only 14.

I didn’t see much wrong with the goal we scored. Thought the Italian keeper collided with his own player. Decent start through, think we’ve played some nice stuff in the opening 15 mins of the game.
