Rice is back training so he should be fine bar any relapses.

Henderson seems like he will probably be out though. Still not back in training and not particularly close, if Klopp is to be believed.

1st of June is when the squad list is submitted fwiw so that’s four weeks today.

Phillips also missed Leeds last match. Only thought to be a knock though.
Rice is expected back soon, so should be fine if plays a couple of games.
Grealish is a worry. Unless he's back in a Villa shirt before the end of the season, I doubt he goes.

Good that means Bellingham is likely to be involved

With the new size and rules of squad, I guess Southgate won't rule out anyone due to form or fitness. Rather make the replacement if it turns out player won't be ready for the tournament.

From what I read, replacements only cover players injured after the initial squad is named. Not sure how you would justify getting a replacement for someone you named in the squad who hadn't played for three months
I would have thought they'd seek clarification on that before naming someone in that situation

Stones has been phenomenal at the back. Walker has been excellent. Foden just showed why he is special

Our back 4 at the euros Could potentially be 2 europa league winners and 2 champions league winners. Shaw maguire stones walker. Not bad for a weak area

Foden has been brilliant tonight. Great assist to Mahrez.

Foden's potential is sky high. He's not even 21 yet. His posture and movement is so much like Iniesta, but he's also quicker and scores far more.

I would get him off as those frogs are getting very physical now. That overrated little dweeb veratti just barged him over

One thing foden needs to work on is his finishing. Other than that he's exceptional

Please keep foden fit. I think he could be the difference between success and failure this summer. Those who say grealish is better are deluded

Yeah, he's got the potential to hit 30+ a season at City with the chances he gets. He'll become more clinical.

The ref is bottling it. That last booking should have been another red.

Foden is amazing. Him and Grealish together should be so much fun...just give them proper foils

Hes too good to be stuck on the left. He should be more central. I would love a front 4 of foden behind grealish kane rashford

Wherever he wants! He has to be a certain starter for us in my opinion and Southgate has to play him ahead of Sterling who has been off it this season anyway to be honest.

I'd play him in the centre of a three man midfield with Rice and Mount. Btw that midfield would have an average age of 21.
