Since that ‘moment’ against Poland he’s made a ‘hash’ in every game he’s played in since ... he was rested / rotated quite a few times since Poland .

He was brilliant the other night thankfully but I fear that he will never erase the ‘errors’ completely.

I’m not slagging him off .. I love the guy !!

I’d agree ... until the Poland game and the errors have resurfaced since that game

I was thinking of the players who are always injured ... I came up with Lalana , Wellbeck and Andy Carroll ..

Those three have been so unlucky over the years

Watkins running Everton’s defence ragged by himself.. just scored his 15th league goal this season ..

I’d say he’s a certainty for the Euros

Missed the game so first time I’ve seen this but I bet even some English journalists were tempted out of their boycott stance to talk about this!

That touch from mount was class. He and kane need to be the first names on the team sheet. We have kane grealish foden mount as our key players in my opinion. Then there's rashford sterling sancho. That's an insane amount of talent. Not to mention saka bellingham Greenwood. The best thing is all the players bar kane are yet to reach their peak. We should be targeting the world cup for our first trophy since 66

Here's a question. Considering southgate uses the full 26 man squad, would you use one of those places for a Bellingham/Greenwood or would you risk taking a 70% fit grealish as a spare man?

grealish will go if fit, not sure why some seem to think he’s 50-50.. no chance.

Villa said today that the latest X-rays were extremely positive and he’s back in basic training now .. should be ready to go in a week or two ..

I assume you prefer to watch Callum Wilson(or some similar in form decent epl player clearly lacking quality for int football we tend to pick so often) chasing his first touch?

    CF position is Kane’s .. backups Everton’s Calvert-Lewin and now Villa’s Olly Watkins - I’d suggest - with maths Bamford a possibility

Thoughts on the Old Trafford scenes today?

    (I'm perfectly ok with it)

Me too. It gives rashford more rest as well. But if it meant playing the game near the euros then we don't want any last minute injury setbacks

Kane doesn't look anywhere near match fit. I think now would be a good time to take him off

Injuring police and a stadium volunteer ... throwing bottles and flares around .... damaging the stadium , tipping cars over , thieving anything not screwed down ( including corner flags !)

    Is unacceptable imho

Apparently the culprits are getting lifetime bans but United may also get points deduction so a crap day all round really

Only three weeks? Jesus, where has the time gone. Well, that makes things a little sticky for the likes of Henderson, Grealish and Rice as I guess they need to be making a comeback within the next week or so to make the squad. I’m not sure Southgate will risk picking them if they are not back playing despite the extended squad except for maybe Rice as judging from our squad depth then I think Rice would be our biggest concern as options are very limited for his position so he could be risked.

I'm still hopeful on Grealish. At least kane rashford saka sancho are back playing. I think grealish will be risked
