Great goal, if you’re anti-City person like me then it’s hard to see how Chelsea get back in this with the options on their bench.
O'Reilly seems scared to shoot. Been in two really good positions where he easily could've taken the shot on. The first one in particular I think the shot across goal was the best option.
I know it's an overdone talking point at this stage but their squad really is comical for how much they've spent. It almost feels more difficult to build a squad this average with £1.7bn than it would be to build a good one, especially when you consider two of their best players are academy products who precede the current ownership. I honestly think most of us on this forum would build a better squad than this if given £1.7bn to spend on players over the course of the next four years.

He will probably take both. Them keeping fit or not will determine if this tournament has luck or if it doesn’t.
Based on these last two performances, it's no longer a question of whether Colwill makes the cut, it's whether he starts. We just don't have another centre-back with his passing range or ability to play though the lines. He could be huge for us this summer.
It depends on Tuchel. I feel like he might stick with what has been planning and not even take Colwill or if he does barely use him.
The Mental gymnastics people where coming up with to say he was not World Class when he was playing at Spurs was a sight to behold. He's at the very least as good as Rooney without having Rooney's natural talent.
I honestly think that Rooney era of football is looked back on with rose-tinted classes due to the style creating more 'moments' but worse actual football. Every once in a while I'll rewatch a big game from back then and a lot of what you see is dreadful and would just not be tolerated today. Rooney was trying to smash one in from 30 yards probably a handful of times every game and half the time they were not even on target. Kane is a better play than Rooney there is no doubt in my mind and Rooney himself tells people the same.
