How can concrete talks have taken place but no contact between the clubs?

 

Presumably Bayern have already talked to the player and agent which used to be widely regarded as illegal but these day no one seems to care which seems weird to me especially if I was the owner of a Club with contracted players being approached I would go mental.

 

Forest effectively punished Gibbs-White for it.
