If anyone is looking for an antidote to the tedious, sterile anti-football being served up in the PL this season then seriously, do yourself a favour, and go and reconnect with the beautiful game at your nearest lower league side.
Stuart Pearce has clear for Luke Shaw to be recalled. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/38511703/man-utd-luke-shaw-england-world-cup-henderson/ However Tuchel has not spoken to Luke Shaw recently according to the Daily Mail and also has reservations about Myles Lewis-Skelly and Djed Spence. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...is-hall-england-newcastle-slough-maldini.html
Quansah was really poor on that Kane disallowed goal. There's definitely a player in there but he's still too soft to be an elite defender for me. You saw it when Delap bullied him at the start of last season and it's been a theme since. I do find it odd that Tuchel likes him so much.
Livramento starts for Newcastle alongside Ramsdale, Hall, Willock, Ramsey, Murphy, Gordon and Barnes. Burn dropped to the bench. Rice, Madueke, Eze and Saka all starting for Arsenal. Chalobah, James and Palmer all starting for Chelsea. 🏴 Thomas Tuchel expected to be here at Stamford Bridge. Lewis Hall, Tino Livramento & Anthony Gordon starting for Newcastle. Cole Palmer & Reece James for Chelsea. https://t.co/a5QoOmwxBg— Craig Hope (@CraigHope_DM) March 14, 2026
McNeill left Rice in the dust with one simple feint... haven´t been impressed by Rice for numerous matches in a row now.
Yeah thought the same, his all-round game looks so much slower compared to earlier in the season and with Arteta and injured players you never know...
We're bound to lose one kep player just before the World Cup.. who does everyone think it will be? I'm going for Bellingham

Yeah was listening to a journalist or ex pro ( can’t remember who )the other day who was basically saying Arteta is running some of his players into the ground, mentioned Rice, Zubemendi and Timber specifically.
Gordon has pretty much become a striker for Newcastle recently, by all accounts it seems the fans rate his performance much more there than out wide this season. Interesting to see how that develops going forward.
