According to wiki we going to Switzerland but I can’t find a source and some of the media said yesterday the FA can now confirm Japan and Uruguay for March.
12 English CM’s started today (13 if you count Foden’s role as an 8). Pretty impressive considering it is our problem position.
The first time I watched Rogers he played left wing with Palmer on the right. That little Carvalho played in the hole.
Paris St-Germain might offer 23-year-old France forward Bradley Barcola to Manchester United as part of a swap deal for England forward Marcus Rashford, 28, who is currently on loan at Barcelona. (Football Insider)
2 English starters for Brighton (Dunk and Welbeck) + 4 on the bench. 2 English starters for West Ham (Kilman and Bowen) + 4 on the bench
1 English starter for Fulham (Smith Rowe) + 1 on the bench 6 English starters for Crystal Palace (Henderson, Guehi. Clyne, Wharton, Mitchell and Nketiah) + 3 on the bench.
Looks like Guehi scored the winner - lets hope he can grab a couple of relly important goals for England too
All of those teams are in world cup and presumably would want to organise games against teams that would best suit their preparation. Costa Rica and Nigeria might be available though.
Quite curious what Guehi will do in January. Seems like he dodged a bullet with the Liverpool move, and his reputation seems to have bumped up another notch this season. Seems like he could end up almost anywhere but perhaps for his and England's sake seeing out the season in a well functioning palace side would be best
Unless Palace get offered stupid money they should keep him to the end of the season. Also if he has a good world cup he could pick his club.
If Barca are actually offering him a pre-contract agreement and have the means to register him next season, you'd imagine he'll do that. Besides the pull of Barcelona as a club and a city, they're in dire need of a top CB. He'd start every week for them.
And real madrid. Rudiger isn't getting any younger. Alaba will be on his way out. Then again if bayern lose upemacano then he could go there. He could play for any top club in Europe
Delap apparently facing a six to eight week lay off with a shoulder injury. His luck is pretty rotten at the moment.
1997736534473314406 is not a valid tweet id His ability to play these first time forward passes between the lines with that much disguise is the rarest quality amongst English midfielders. There's nobody else in our pool who can do that like him. It's worth its weight in gold.
He was done up in the game against Albania. Tuchel experimenting with stones moving into midfield took alot away from Wharton's game. I'd like to see Wharton in one of the march friendlies without stones crowding him out
You won't get the Wharton you see at Palace for England unless the players in front of him are immediately making runs the moment he gets the ball.
