Most England fans seem to support what he said. Most fans have hated the Wembley atmosphere for years and they especially hate every game being played there.
According to the Mirror Dan Burn is likely to play against Latvia after only being on the bench yesterday due to a hand injury.
How much money do the FA make when a match is held elsewhere to being at Wembley. If the difference is a lot the FA won’t change - fhey not that financially secure,

So why did the goals dry up after 20 minutes? 3-0 ahead after 20 should have meant 7 or 8-0 at full time. WE are the dossers for letting them off the hook. Even in friendlies a team MUST keep a maximum scoring momentum going. England didn't. However, keep Kane out.
One positive feature of this present England team, is the lack of laborious sideways passing among our centre-backs. With Anderson and Rice only too willing to drop deep and pick up the play, we don't seem to have that interminable 'to you, to me and back to you' borefest that often made our backline look so stilted.
If we're 'dossers' for only beating our nearest group rivals 5-0 in their own backyard, then l shudder to think what you call all those other teams who havent pretty much secured WC qualification at a canter.
But yet you and others who want more intensity in friendly games would be the first to bemoan when our players get injured in ‘ meaningless friendlies ‘
We started the game with great intensity then when it was won, they either deliberately or for self preservation took the foot off the gas, literally the ideal scenario in pretty much a meaningless friendly in game one of two of the break.
I've had time to calm down since last night. I think it was a decent overall performance. And yes we should save ourselves for Latvia
The bench probably, at least at first. I doubt he takes Anderson's spot straight away. He's a different player though so it depends on the game. If you want a bit more creativity or if you want to play a bit more transitionally you'd play Wharton, but if you want to dominate the ball and pin teams back you'd probably go Anderson.
https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...s-tuchel-world-cup-jude-bellingham-phil-foden Feel like some of the players are fed up of being asked constantly about those who are missing.
agree on being a substitute. given the two-game success of Anderson, happened to be thinking a little more about what formation we'd play that would best suit Wharton and how he might fit in.
Despite the odd selection choices and some negativity from the press, the last few games have left me feeling a bit more confident about our chances. We seem to be starting to click and against Serbia and the start of the match against Wales you saw real intent about the way we play and much more direct play in our attack. I hadn't seen much of Anderson before this year, but wow he looks really good. Midfield has been our weakness in the last few tournaments and we now look pretty stacked there with Wharton and other youngsters coming through as well. The whole way we play with someone like him in the middle being able to play under pressure and pass forward makes a world of difference. We have 2/3 teams IMO who could challenge for the WC next year and I can't remember us ever having more depth. From the top of my head: Kane, Saka, Madueke, Eze, Palmer, Foden, Grealish, Bellingham, Wharton, Rice, Anderson, Rogers, Rashford (now he's in form), James, Trent, Spence, Libramento, Guehi, Stones, Konsa all are solid/very good players and that's without even more options coming through, the future is definitely bright
It's almost gone unnoticed, but Jordan Pickford has become the first England goalkeeper in history to keep 8 consecutive clean sheets. Can't help but feel he'll only get the recognition he deserves once he hangs up his gloves.
