A clear sign Stones is leaving Man City is he is not one of the five picked by Pep to be in their leadership group.
Rico Lewis sent off at the Club World Cup. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jude Bellingham both started for Real Madrid.
Obviously he connects with his face, but there is literally zero intention to do so in that slide tackle.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: England international Noni Madueke not considered untouchable at Stamford Bridge and host of Premier League clubs are in market for wingers✍️ @Matt_Law_DTFind out more ⬇️https://t.co/bg3JesGi1x#AFC | #CFC pic.twitter.com/ROYWkVLqep— Telegraph Football (@TeleFootball) June 19, 2025 I actually think this could turn out to be a blessing in disguise for Madueke. Poor choice on Chelsea's part too imo. I'd be surprised if Madueke didn't become a very good player and a constant in the England side if he keeps fit. I think he's a better player and a better prospect than Gittens too.
I agree a move away to a club where he will be a certain first choice will be beneficial for him. Not sure Arsenal who are linked to him is the best club for that through. As the article says he might be the main cover for Saka there.
Maybe Maresca’s criticism of him last year has helped in that regard as his attitude seems to have been good of late ( I think ) as can only see complaints from last year from what I can find. Hopefully he’s got his head down and working hard to correct previous errors. fwiw: I’m just looking at articles I can find and not some opinion of a random from X, Reddit, YouTuber etc.
