I could believe they would guide and give their views more with Carsley than someone who is permanent.

 

There are reports he has some sort of injury but something else it does now as well is allow headlines like what the Mirror have which suggest he has been dropped because of his comments yesterday.

 

If that was the case which I doubt. Then the fa are pathetic

He’s just some twitter gobshite who seems to probably get some limited information relating to Arsenal but as with most those kind of poeple massively overplays his knowledge. That anyone would think and take seriously the idea he magically has a inside connection to the fa is baffling

Also the absurdity that the fa would treat Ben White like Mason Greenwood.

Well, I’m ok with Kane not starting to be honest. It might be a must win game ( if you really care about the Nations league ) but we still need to use our other striker options to develop better back up solutions for when Kane is injured like now ( has nothing to do with his comments yesterday fwiw ) or when he eventually retires.

 

My only major gripe with the lineup is the full-back selections. Extremely poor choices imo. Would've preferred Gomes to Jones and Solanke to Watkins too but still a decent lineup outside of the two full-backs.

I can kind of understand Walker given there’s already a lot of upheaval in the side but Lewis as left back is an odd choice given how much he struggled physically against them last month. Not like he brings much going forward in the left either.

Fine with Jones over Gomes. Gomes hasn’t even been starting regularly at Lille recently

That was a ridiculous yellow to give to Gallagher, harsh but Bellinghams yellow was just brain dead behaviour, I can never understand what the point is of ffffinng and swearing at a ref when the decision is made.
