Probably win the cup in a month going by their record against big teams is pretty good. First time in living memory the FA Cup final is the same two teams two years on the trot. And it’s not the best two teams in the country either.
This United side are really annoying. The genuine masters of playing awfully and still winning. I don't dislike United as a club by any means and I hope they sort their sh*t out, but this team specifically I'm heavily rooting for their downfall. They're just an absolute eyesore and don't deserve the ridiculous amounts of luck that comes their way.
Such a pity for Coventry. Still their players like Sheaf, O'Hare, Thomas, Collins and Simms gave a good account for themselves, and showed they can do it even in the Premier League.
What are you smoking, Man city certainly are, I can't imagine the FA cup final has been contested between the teams in 1st and 2nd in the league often.
I mean Man United are not among the best two teams. Logically if two clubs meet twice in a row you would think they must be 1 and 2 in terms of quality,
Not in the same context but almost as lucky as Leverkusen’s last minute goals! I mean that’s insane………
Yep. But I feel somewhat confident that Roma will knock them out of the Europa League, even if an unbeaten league season is now quite likely.
As a Coventry fan, so proud of our boys today. O’Hare is a real player, he’s gonna be taken by a prem team this summer as he’s out of contract.
He was. There are a few young English lads in that team who could play for a bottom half premier league team. Luckily for us, they’ve all signed new contracts so we won’t be losing them for a while. O’Hare is the exception.
Felt sick and I'm not even a Cov fan. The bloke manning the VAR could have given that onside if he wanted to and not broken a single rule and I'll never be convinced otherwise.
Bellingham starting El Clasico, anyone know what’s happening with La liga rights next season with Viaplay withdrawing from the UK?
That’s a shame, La Liga must be the least viewed major league in the UK, which is shame when Bellingham is doing as well as he is.

After next season the rights expire and I can see others being interested in them. Mbappe will increase interest as well.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (73) has now been directly involved in at least 10 more goals than any other defender in the Premier League since 2017/18. In that time, he also ranks first among defenders for: ◉ Most passes into opp. box ◉ Most chances created ◉ Most big chances… pic.twitter.com/JvAZiPUkDC— Squawka (@Squawka) April 21, 2024

I mean we've had instances of officials saying they didn't want to overturn decisions because they didn't want to embarrass their mate this season so forgive me if I'm not willing to give these blokes the benefit of the doubt.
