We've got a potential England back 5 between Newcastle and Everton. Pickford tarkowski Braithwaite Livramento and Trippier

You could say that. Played 653 times during a 22-year career. The most for any player in Premier League history.
I do think ward prowse is very hard done by at this point to be behind Henderson. He has his flaws and he’s not the answer really to completing the England midfiield but then neither is Henderson or I would say Phillips at this point. His defensive stats are much better than Hendersons were last season and he’s a much bigger goal threat. Neither are really the greatest at retaining or progressing the ball which is of course the big limitation for England. But an extra year in Henderson legs in a weak league, coupled with ward prowse showing he can compete against good teams it’s increasingly hard to justify.
How you can't find a spot for one English player in your starting Xl like Spurs is beyond me. There's no excuse.

To be fair Maddison would be there but for his injury, I think it will increase a bit as Spurs are being linked to some English players,
If they can deduct Everton 10 points for financial irregularities, then they should do the same for teams like Spurs who effectively cripple the England national team.
Daniel Levy refusing to sell Kane to another English club, getting Maddison on the cheap from Leicester and then buying from international bargain bin.
