3 weekends in a row if you count the international matchdays the following week. It's unusual that Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool all play at the same time without playing each other.
Bigger surprise is Man Utd being bumped to FS+ by Chelsea. So - I wonder if they're still offering those free foxsoccer.tv trials so I can watch Arsenal live.
Check out these DirecTV subs and Man U fans going apesh!t because "DirecTV put last week's game on ESPN Deportes": http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=198317
yeah they probably shoulda swapped the City/QPR match with one of those 3. City's good now, but they still lack the tv audience of the others, like they come nowhere close AT ALL.
How much does the Premier League care about showcasing the most popular clubs at unique times (times other than Saturday 10:00 A.M. USA Eastern)?
http://msn.foxsports.com/fse/tvschedule says FSE will show Arsenal-West Brom, not Manchester United-Sunderland like socceraction said.

I think (not sure) the Saturday evening match (5:30pm UK) is evenly distributed between the clubs. The league doesn't really emphasize placing big matches there. In fact, you'll pretty much never see a derby match that late on a Saturday for security reasons.

In the Italy topic you said FS+ is showing Lecce v Catania at that time. http://static.foxsports.com/content.../Week48-November11-FSP-Clean1320889421676.pdf says Norwich v QPR is on TV at 2:00 P.M.
