Marcos Lopes started every game for Portugal in their Under 17 Elite round of Euro Qualifying, partnering Tomas Podstawski in midfield.
Also scored on his debut for Portugal's Under 18's a few months ago.
Definitely someone to keep on eye on in upcoming years.

Thank god hes white. blacks usually look amazing in youths because they are much stronger then everyone else (danilo) but once they play in the older teams it evens out and they become average

Think about it you know its true lool. That ghana team who won a youth cup has any player from it emerged since? Exactly

For Benfica B Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa.. Both scored against Premier Division side Beira Mar today both a goal and a assist.. Miguel Rosa was really impressive.. I can really see him being a quality late bloomer considering how he was always at a massive disadvantage with his height.

Oh forgot to add David Simao can potentially be a solid bench player for the NT one day..
Bruno Varela came in the second half didn't have much to do though.. Especially after Cavaleiro and Costa came in there combined speed just killed Beira Mar.

I really feel Marco Lopes will be a high quality player. I really do. Not over hyping him, just impressed with his skill set and love for the game.

Got some mail that Amido Balde is about to sign for Celtic. He is unpopular is these forums I know but i rate him to be a better player than Almeida. He is of a similar size but better work rate and finish. Bebe scored with a neat finish for united. Ferguson is saying that he will be given a go this season. Mesca ha continued to start for Fulham in Pre season, Franscisco Junior has also figured for everton. Ofcourse Marcos Lopes has continued to start for City in all their Pre season matches.

I'm curious to see Moreirense's Rafael Lopes in action.
The newspapers say he will be the starter upfront for them this season, it's a trully rare thing to have a twenty year old portuguese striker start for a Liga team.

Of all the teams, Vitoria Guimaraes seems to have the most youth. Amorim, Oliveira in the back, and Joao Ribeiro in the MF, who I think is a solid player.

Joao Cancelo will be Maxi Pereira's back up this season.

Fredy looked good from what I saw.
Vaz Te has a relatively easy first few games in the premiership so he's got a real chance to show what he's got, it will be hard to ignore him any longer if he has a big start to the season.

Me too, the combo of Nelo and Vaz Te seems far better then Postiga-Almeida.

My only fear is that Sam Allardyce has less confidence in him then we do. I remember a few weeks back reading that West Ham was looking for a striker, now ofcourse they may just want more options and also rumors get started from nothing, however I will only feel better once I know for certain he's in the line up week in week out.
