Ugly as sin, isn't it? My first Cybertruck sighting it was two of them within 5 minutes of each other. They just look like Nintendo 64 graphics come to life.
I've seen a couple---one of them definitely a few times, so the guy must live nearby. They look stupid---like a cross between the cabs in Total Recall and the car Homer designs.
Strangely there are several Model 3's and Model Y's (I think), around here. They look quite nice I have to say. How long they'll last before falling apart I can't say but one of them is several years old and still going, so...
I've seen a few. Over Labor Day weekend saw one on 287 towing a boat. Hard to tell the car & boat apart.
"That man bought a website to be popular; to spite his child and to make a joke about a sink... $44Bn well spent."
This dude must not have any friends.....Nobody to tell him that he has become a complete fool, an idiot and a complete scumbag.
Full credit to Musk. He's making a small fortune off of Twitter. The fact that he started with a large fortune... so much the better!
That's the old joke about football club ownership. Q: How do you become a millionaire by owning a football club? A: Start as a billionaire
According to a quick google search it takes just over an hour and a quarter by air, costing about $50 and then that same technology, (the planes, check-in and out, fuelling, booking, etc.), can then be used to go anywhere else, NOT just to and from the same destinations. As you say, that sounds like total bullshit. I don't quite know what he thinks he'll gain from this but I'd imagine it will be part of his culture wars, 'Teh gubmint won't let me give ordinary folks cheap stuff', nonsense.
