So how does our U23 look like, we have to beat Panama in order to qualify for the CONCACAF Championship.

Man if that Panama U23 team uses the U20 as a base we might not gat passed them, that team is very good.

How does this work? Why are we facing Panama before we even get to the CONCACAF Stage?

Two teams were paired up and will play a 2 leg series to see who advances the next stage of qualifying.

Idk why it was done like this go this cycle though.

I sadly don’t see us qualifying against Panama. Hopefully a miracle happens

El Salvador manage a 1-1 tie vs Panama our goal came by an auto goal.

Apparently Panama was the better of the two, hopefully we can get it done at home next game.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw but man I heard we looked rough as hell and the goal was super lucky.

Is that the same Andres Hernández from River Plate?

I didn’t know we had a player in the Spanish third division (Marlon Menjivar of CD Roda). What is the club Luis Mendez plays for? I don’t recognise the crest.

Thanks. For some reason, I find the logo so wholesome. There’s just something about that pig playing soccer that makes me happy haha :)

El Salvador defeats Panama 2-0 and advances to the CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying Championship.

First Goal was scored via penal by Andres Hernandez and the second in the final minutes by Boris Morales.

Can anyone who follows the league give me more info on how much participation the guys in the U23 have in 1st division?

I was surprised that Alex Cerritos was omitted as well.

Anybody know anything about Marlon Menjivar of CD Roda? I had no idea we had a Spanish third division player; he’s never been mentioned here.

These young guys abroad aren’t mentioned bc of the lack of reporting available i believe.

Our team won today. 2-0, and played good counterattacking soccer. Both goals were good plays and not fluke like in Panama. I didn’t see the game but saw what canal 4 put on Twitter. We have a lot of stamina and that’s great to see. We’re also fast. Like really fast. I don’t wanna get excited bc we all know ES has a tendency of letting us down but Memo looks to know what he’s doing.

You’d think for a player playing in Spain, El Grafico or SelectaTalent would both be on top of it.

Well at least he isn’t like DLC who would have probably played pure defense. They did try to set the tone offensively as well not just counter attacking.

Also Selecta Talent hasn’t been as active as they used to for the last several years.

I just went on the site and it still looks like it was made in 2009 lol

Hugo’s main focus is Onfield Management anyway, isn’t it?

    Pretty much.

Selects Talent overall needs a complete reboot, as it stands Pajaro Picón is the only one who tends to try and keep up with these guys and he’s stuck on Instagram since his twitter account was suspended.
