Probably because they are both two clubs with the same crappy league placements. That is the best hypothesis I can think of.
Feyenoord were champions of the Dutch league last season.. They finished 3rd behind Lazio in their UCL group. First time we met was in a final so not that big of a coincidence. They were the 2 best teams in the conference league. And last year was the quarter-final of Europa League.
