The love for the EL is palpable.

 

I'd love to win the EL. It's probably the only real trophy we have a chance to win anytime soon

Yeah, I want us to go for it too. I'm just not ready to get invested in it yet. Maybe in the later stages.

 

Winning the EL not only effectively cancels the financial loss of failing to qualify for the CL, it also brings with it a big haul of ranking points, the opportunity to play the CL winners in the Super Cup final in August and automatic qualification for next season's CL.

It will also help to increase our sponsorship values and the attractiveness of Serie A to foreign broadcasters.
