Aseguró que eso lo pone muy contento, porque uno siempre desea vestir la camiseta de la selección de su país. wasnt there talk about him nationalizing and even talks of playing for Mexico along with Gaitan and Alex thats why i dont want mercs that have no business playing for Mexico on the team.. I hope his dream comes true and plays for his nat team, but I am going to be pissed if he thinks Mexico is Plan B
El Guille Franco El Guille being considered for the Arg Nat just goes to show how much the MFL has improved that its foreign players are no longer overlooked for benchwarmers in Europe. Lets see if Guille can make the Albiceleste.. I also never heard anything about Franco wanting to be Nationalised Mexie...
Re: El Guille Franco Argentina has no choice as Mexico is now taking top young talent (Chelito for example) and not just average players (but sadly mexico does get many average argentinians, and young ones) which take away spot from mexican youngsters these are the type of players that would be big in europe.
The mexican league has very good foreign players, but only the teams with money can buy southamerican stars, the rest play with "average" or "below average" players. And personaly i dont care of Gaitan, Alex or any other nationalized player wears the Mexican uniform. Juanito!
i don't think "el guille" can even get close to putting on 'la celeste', they have way too many good players up-front. this is the pecking order from what i know: crespo, saviola, chelito , "el piojo" lopez, cruz, tevez, cavenaghi etc... should i go on??? there is no way he will make it unless they all have career ending injuries , which wont happen!
