There are still two more games to play before El Clasico but this is so importent match that deserve a thread a week before the game. The date for the matck is known now: 1st April at 22.00 CET. Take a holiday or whatever just dont miss this match.
For people living in North America, note that Europe moved their clocks one-hour forward. So there is a 7-hour time difference b/w CET and EST.
No But might be interesting to see the headlines after the match. Can you imagine El Mundo Deportivo: Shock draw in Nou Camp ; and than next day: ha, ha 1st april joke, it was easy 5-0 for Barca
This Clasico may be the closest chance we have in either replicating or bettering our 5-0 destruction of Madrid back in the 1993-94 season when Romario picked apart los merengues and when Koeman fired that f**k of a freekick. Of course it would be pompous to declare that we will win by 5-0 as these type of matches for Real to play at their best. But a win here (whether by 1-0 on a Ronaldinho penalty or a route) puts us closer to our second consecutive title.
It will be a tough one, im expecting a very good game ..Real Madrid are struggling right now but im sure they willl show up fo this one.
This will be a tough match indeed, RM are battling for second place automatic CL so they will come very prepared. It can easily go either way but i hope we win it, any score is good and a draw is not bad either.
I have to disagree. With Barca's injuries and the fact that they play 2 more important matches against Benfica right before and right after the clasico, Barca will probably have a tough time with Real Madrid on Saturday. I'll take a draw.
Agreed, fatigue will be a factor so i hope we welcome back some injured players. A draw will actually be a good result going into the last matches as Valencia and Osasuna is off the pace.
It's nice to see that there is still an air of optimism with Real Madrid fans despite the devastating toll this season has been on the morale and confidence overall.
With the World Cup quickly approaching, Real Madrid players might actually show some interest in playing football again. Lord knows, they don't get inspired by playing for Madrid, but just the idea of the WC only 3 months away might get their players to perform better the last 8 weeks of La Liga season. So watch out Osasuna! Madrid might very well nip you for that second-place spot.
Messi will never be fit. He will stare into Gravesen's face and will pack his bags and run as far as possible. Eto'o will not show up as he is a second rate striker and is very selfish and squanders easy chances. If you lot are relying on Eto'o you lot will definitely lose atleast 4-0. The team without Ronaldinho is pathetic. Good luck for Barca game as they are going to get whipped.
This is the definition of "sheer delusion." We're going to get whipped at the Camp Nou? This is f***ing comedy.
Stop pretending you hate Barca. You don't even love Real Madrid. You're a little Brasil fan-boy and nothing more. PS... Ronaldo is fat.
And yet we still won the f**ing league. And by the way, last season we won at home... which is where we are playing come Saturday...
