Espinoza is at the end of his career. He would be good in England. I'm surprised no one picked him up after the WC. regardless Espinoza and hurtado will not be at the next WC. I thought it would be hard to Replace Holger Quinonez as a central defender but who is coming up behind Ivan and Geo?
Mendez was terrible today. He doenst fit on a 3 man midfield. He needs more cover bevind him to let him do creative work. Sadly for him his substitute had a great game. Espinoza is terrible. Absolutely horrible. He should go back to playing the sequel in The Green Mile. Castillo seems to have impressed PSV though. He's a player I think is underrated. Tactically very sound without the ball and always looking to take the creativeness out of the opponent and to have his own team in balance. He also has a more than decent shot from 25-30 yards out.
I really never had confinaza with la "Sombrita" the man usually makes silly mistakes.I believe Hurtado can still play in the next WC.One of the more classy liberos from the Americas has not shown sign of losing speed even though he's 32.Not only is he a record man for the ecua NT with about 140 international caps,but he is also the player who has participated in more conmebol qualifiers.If he stays injury free his excelent form no question he can participate in the next WC. He came very close to playing for Real Madrid in 97 or 98,when he was begining his prime.He played along side a gothico great Emilio"buitre" Butragueno en el Celaya de Mexico.El Buitre put in a good word for him,pero quedo en nada,,I don't know what happen. This was mendez' worse game for PSV, but gotta remember, he is played out of his position, and in his other games, he was brilliant and every one had bad games once in a while, but he is PSV's only rep for the ballon d'or, so that in itself says alot!

Given his performances on the European level, I wonder if PSV will be able to afford him. I'm sure there are other interested teams at this point.
I'm pretty sure the loan contract has an option to buy against an already agreed price. That's how it's done in the past with other players.
