Doas anyone know who is showing the game (in the US) or are we going to have to rely on a crappy stream again.

I think that Mendez will probably play a bit more defensive or at least a few steps back with all the firepower that Vizuete is lining up!

Yeah, that might be the way to go. $30 bucks to watch a game by myself is hard to justify!

we have a bunch of ecuadorians coming over here in Gainesville so the directv option is better for us...then later we're all going to the Gators-Hurricanes game so it's a day full of sports, and BEER

yeah, it's pretty pathetic. I opted against paying for this game and I am glad i did so all I have is a crappy stream in the back round of whatever else i am doing.

2nd half coming up and ECU needs to take advantage of being a man up and score. threes three ponts are viatl. Anyone knoe what the iniyial line up was??

I'm watching the game on justin.tv its not bad signal anyway we should be taking advantage of 10 against 11 damn. Nice GOLAZO by Caicedo but we let them score:mad: retarded. The ecuas are arguing so much wit the colombianos and the bolivianos it's hilarious:D I get my cracks in there. Anyways gotta come in the second half strong.

I am on justintv too..... It's been pretty ridiculous....

The ref also doesn't seem to be the greatest, a little inconsistent in my opinion.

As far as the line up goes, I think its Benitez, Caicedo, Balanos, Guerron, Mendez, Castillo, Ayovi, Espinoza, Hurtado, Reasco and Cevallos.

Although, Reasco was subbed for De Jesus, after he hurt himself....

Glad to hear it, I do what I can for my fellow Ecuas.

I am so glad we got the penalty call... For a second I thought we weren't going to get it.

    Thank you so much....

All the English announcer knows how to do is butcher names and have long periods of silence because he doesn't know what to say....

Re: Ecuador v. Bolivia - 2006 WC Qualifier

I was watching a Dutch channel on TVU ... they actually inject some enthusiasm to the commentary... I didn't understand unless it was the names... but I am glad we won a game that was an obligatory win for us...

3-1 but I am still left with some reservations about the team though... but they have improved vastly.. there is still work to be done on definition. Palacios is the man in Barcelona and scores like a madman... but he was mostly invisible when he came on in the second half... Mendez made a great penalty... Caicedo and Benitez looked good on the field, the defense was solid and midfield played well save a few mis passes, which luckily did not end up hurting us. The NT played good futbol...

All in all it was an expected win, and I am happy with the score!

    Definitely glad for the win.
I agree, Benitez and Caciedo looked good up top together. The midfield play was pretty solid. I just wish Guerron would pass a little more sometimes but whatever.....

I will keep my eye open for highlights....
