I believe they should have to start at the bottomm #204 I think. But I don't think newer countries like Croatia, Russia had to start there. I'm sure FIFA will come up with some dodgy explanation.
Two East Timor players have joined the Challenger League (4th division in Korea) side, Jeonju FC. Nidio Ricardo Ferreira Alves and Efrem Marianus Almeida Santos Jeronimo. These two players went to college in Korea after being recommended by their youth coach, Kim Shin-Hwan. There was also a movie about them. It's a true story.
