East End vs. South London 9-29-03 (R)

Slept throught it, but unlike the people at Upton Park - I had pillows and covers.

 

No team is more worthy of utter disgust and hate than Millwall. Nothing less than a total obliteration of their organization is satisfactory.

 

We need to obliterate them at the Den, leaving it in ruin and ashes.

 

I was there in January 2002. On the way from the tube stop to the Den we passed a freaking burned out car, upside down, in the middle of the street. I *#*#*#*# you not. It made Green Street look like Covent Garden.

I was too freaking scared to take a picture. But the image is forever etched in my brain.

 

You could go to that neighborhood tomorrow and find another shot just like it.
