EAFC schedule is not out, right? First one was held in Nov/Dec I think. If other tournaments are held in summer, EAFC held in winter will serve well for Japan and Korea to test their teams.

I used to live in Mongolia. I'm a fan of the place.

MoFoFed. I like that. It has a certain Samuel L. Jackson quality to it.

Yeah no doubt we have the best WNT in East asia, but north korea also fineness,In fact they beat us many times from 2001-2003,Japan progresses amazingly quick,we only beat them 1-0 in 2004 OGQ, and they did well in OG, Chinese Taibei is not bad,but Taiwan only interest in political I think, they've been retrograde, south korea is coming up too.

Many may have pointed out that most teams will not use there A squad, but EAFF 2005 will take place in July-Aug, which mean that it will be after Match 5 of WCQ in May. JFA alreday said that they are amining to qualify to WC by then and use the full squad in EAFF and CC as prematch for WC.

I think Korea will use the same approach, and China does not need to worry about WCQ anymore.

But the problem will be with North Korea who will have play the qualifiication round in early March and I am not sure if they will use the full squad or not. I would really like to see NK advance to next round, since I feel that NK is 4th strongest nation in E. Asia and may suprise others in this tourney.

North Korea seems to sent on their Youth Team in the Qualification,But I still belive they are able to enter the final round, among their opponents in the qualification round, Hong Kong is the only "real" football team, Tai wan actually have no football team hehee, but considering they are the host, north Korea should pay attention to them. IMO to have North Korea in the qualification tournament means other teams have no chance to qualify.

The EAC will be the only official championship for our NT in 2005, No doubt we will use the full squads, it will be a bran-new squads, In Chinese media's predict,Zhu Guanghu will only pick up 5 or 6 players from Arie Haan's China NT, Zhu knows Chinese footballer well cause he had tought quite a few famous players in their youth age,the EAC will be a test for Zhu Guanghu and his students.

China WNT will use the full squads too, They really want to win whe women EAC especially it's the first edition and it's just like another AC with the most strongest asian women teams, they've played 5 international matchs recently, Won russia and Australia, drew Denmark twice and lost to germany, nect month China WNT will participate the Algarve Cup in Potugal, it is the third important tournament in Women football's world, But China WNT will use it to test players for the EAC, in june they will visit USA and play a tournament there.both North Korea and Japan are our Big rivals in asia, and it is held in South Korea, so the Women EAC should be a Top class asian tournament.

hey.... by the time Japan play this tourney, I am pretty sure Japan will be in WC06, so they could use this and CC05 as practice match for WC.

  25. I think it is useless to play against China and Hong Kong.
    They are crap teams.
    We should send U23 team.
