Things might get ironed out as the final 4 items to come to closure on are 1-Who will own the Stadium? 2-Who will pay for Stadium up keep? 3-Who will pay for for East End teardown and future surrounding area up keep? 4-Percentage of tickets requested by Garcia to be under "the average movie ticket price". She had demanded 10%, which found piecemeal with OL and in the last 5 days it appears that has just been bumped that demand to 15%. You cannot make this shit up about this lady.
