preseason results so far are meh. 2-0 on USL, which we should be. lost both the MLS first halves with the 1s. i disagree with the people who say it's meaningless. you usually get a hint how you stack from first half scoreboard reading, as well as if you have a potent offense or a leaky defense. in our situation, against quality eastern opposition, we're behind at half time, modest amount of GF in first halves, and leaking a GA or 2 each first half. the interesting offense so far isn't the big dollar signings, it's loan dude markanich, and we don't know how he'd fare against 1s.
