is it just me or does Zapata look like the Hulk out there

he is just so much taller and bigger than everyone else

just reminds me of youth level when teams are obviously using. A kid over the age limit haha

Just want to mention that Mojica is on the bench.

If he does come in would it be the first time three Colombians would play in the same team in Italy?

Did you see him just out power 4 dudes at the same time haha. They had to push him from behind to stop him

will say if Muriel starts consistently for Atalanta the whole Captain Falcao thing is worrisome.

At this point everyone not named Ospina or James needs to fight for a spot to make the final 23 roster for Copa America and the WC

Maybe Queiroz is thinking outside the box and will start:
    ------Duvan----Falcao-----Muriel

    ------James---Barrios-----Cuadrado

    :ROFLMAO:

maybe against Bolivia at home haha

it’s a tough position to be in for a coach. Zapata has to start.

him giving James space to attack or him and James pulling defenders then a fast player like Muriel left open would be easy goals.

God I hope not. Falcao has been great but its definitely time to take a back seat.

In a tournament setting, I like Falcao and Muriel off the bench - especially with their reliability for penalties. I don’t think we will ever see Muriel play a full 90 on a consistent basis. That’s a big ask

For the WCQ - I reallly hope to see guys like Morelos and Borre get minutes and exposure to high pressure games

Everybody would bunker down against us. Need Cantillo in place of Barrios to break through the defense.

That was more of a tongue-in-cheek formation.
But against Venezuela I do think we can see an offensive type of team while against Chile more of a bunkering lineup.

Can see Falcao starting against Venezuela and Duvan against Chile. Queiroz already coming out praising Falcao's start to the season and calling him the captain of the team sort of confirmed it, imo.

I think that's the edge right there. The emotional maturity Falcao has. Although Duvan is way better at this point of the career. It's hard to field a team without a capitan who is mature like Falcao.

No way James deserves that band, and the only other Capitan I see is Ospina.

    Cue Crzd:

BArrios is too much of a hot head to be Captain.
He should have been given a red for his stupid head butt against England and he is an f'ing idiot for getting carded against River in the Libertadores Final!

    Not captain material!

Some Korean or Pokemon reference and ...

    ...done.

I've never pay attention to Barrios's character, so I have no clue how he behaves off the field and when emotionally triggered. But if he's worth it, then I'll give it to him, it would be nice to see a black man with the captain arm band in colombia too.

I don’t rate Barrios that highly.

capitan should be Ospina or James. When we know the other 9 guys starting then we can talk.

currently maybe Barrios is a starter but I can see it becoming possible a better option pops up before the WC or Copa America.

I can’t see that happening with Ospina or James. At least not till after 2022.

duvan > >>>>>>>>>>> Falcao at club level. Let’s see him at NT level in yellow.

Barrios is maybe a starter?? Lol

Outside of James, Ospina, and Cuadrado, he is the most sure bet to start
