Chankast is your best bet for an emulator. http://www.zophar.net/dreamcast.html You need a fast PC though, and there's still glitches and framerate issues. You can pick up the games and console for a song and a dance now anyway, so being miserly or not having a GameCrazy store nearby are the only reasons to use an emulator, IMHO.
