This is a very fair article and nails a lot of the problems, and, after perculating round my brain for a while, gave me a revelation on how to 'tackle' one of our biggest problems on the run-in; motivation!!! Let's start a campaign to get Tony Adams appointed to the coaching staff! If we can't have him pushing the boys forward on the pitch let's have him in the locker room instead? Not only could he help develop the back line for years to come, he could also give some of our 'flair' players lessons in good old fashioned British Bulldog grit!!!
