It may be bad for attendance, but for those of you with the Shootout, it's great for the MLS junkie. KC v. NE, 8pm edt, 5pm pdt, check your Dish, DirectTV or InDemand outlet for the channel. Both teams coming off wins. Wolff should be back; Gutierrez is questionable. With over 6,500 season tix holders, the crowd shouldn't be quite so sparse as past Wed. nighters in KC, though of course all 6,500 won't show up. But ignore the blue seats!! Will the high flying Wizards continue their goalfest? Are the Revs permanently back on track? Grab a cold one, enjoy the game, and find out!
At the beginning of the season, there were some who questioned the rationale of getting the Shootout Package considering there are now two games on national television every week (one on ESPN2, one on FSW). I purchased the Shootout Package precisely for weeks like this. There is nothing like a Wednesday night MLS game to break up the week. Enjoy the game.
