    Pigs Eye (St. Paul),
I watched it on FSW. It looked like there were all of 1,000 spectators in attendance.

There were more people on the other side. Attendance was over about 3,000. Great marketing by the FO and USSF to promote this match.

To further amplify Rok's comments, you need to understand the layout at Titan.

There are east and west stands, both permanent. The West Stands have a central seating section with individual seats, arm rests, etc. The rest of the West side is aluminun bleacher seats with straight-across back rests.

The east stands are backless tiered seats.

Both stands are open seating, but there is a premium charged for sitting in center west. The cameras are on the west and face east. About 80% of the crowd opts for the west stands. The Galaxians and Riot Squad tend to stand on the east side - if you are standing the amenities like back rests are not too meaningful.

But, when the cameras are shooting from the west, the virtually empty east stands are what you see, and that is a bit deceptive.

Having said this, Rok is right on about the marketing - virtually non-existant. At least this year the LAG did make announcements at the Rose Bowl and there were flyers handed out at the last game. But, that's about it. This is basically a USSF event - in past years LAG could not even sell the tickets. At least this year you could get tickets through the LAG ticket office. The crowd was a real disappointment.

And thank you, USOC planners, for putting the Burn/Galaxy semifinal in the middle of the Burn's Sunday/Thursday game week, ya big bunch of wankers.

    Idiots.

I hope you all die and burn in Hell.
